I spent the first 15 years of my career in high tech, working in software verification and later managing two technical support teams. In 2009, I transitioned into Human Resources to focus on HR systems, data analysis, and project management. I also write about HR and ERP technology for Informa TechTarget.

I completed my Executive MBA with Athabasca University in 2009 and previously held both the PMP (PMI) and CCP (WorldatWork) designations.
